BOOKING CONDITIONS

All rates are in US$ Dollars

All rates are excluding 22.9% Service Charge and Tax (Government taxes are subject to change without notice)

Check in is at 4:00 PM. Check out is at 12:00 PM (midday)

ALL ROOM RATES INCLUDE:

FOR “ROOM ONLY” RESERVATIONS:

• Bed and bath linen
• Daily housekeeping service
• Clean linen twice a week
• Clean towels daily
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the property
• Water, Gas and Electricity
• Extra bed (rollaway bed) costs US$ 35.- per night excluding taxes (upon request & availability)
• Free use of baby crib for infants up to 24 months on request
• Free use of resort gym
• Free use of swimming pool and lounge chairs
• Free scheduled shuttle to Mambo Beach Boulevard, Downtown (Punda) and Vreugdenhil Supermarket
• Free entrance and beach chair at Madero Ocean Club (formerly Mambo Beach)

Airport Transfers Rates
Optional Service: Airport-Hotel-Airport transfers are US$ 40.- per person (also children) taxes included. Transfer service provided on request (must be booked 48 hours in advance)

All reservations are to be requested through the ACOYA Curaçao, Resort, Villas & Spa's own Reservations Office at: Dr. Hugenholtzweg z/n. Willemstad, Curaçao

All Group Reservations should be forwarded to the same office. Group policies (rates, deposits, and cancellations) may vary from contracted policies. Groups consist of 20 or more full-paying adults traveling in the same group at the same time.

Resort offers 2, 3 & 5 bedrooms Villas, as well as 4 bedrooms Apartments upon special request. All special requests must be made through the Reservations Office.

FOR “ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN” RESERVATIONS:

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner, house wine, alcoholic national drinks, daily entertainment program, Free Wi- FI, and other activities are included in one price
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner in our buffet Restaurant (Includes theme nights during the week)
• 2 A la Carte restaurants (Italian and Steak House) for dining, snacks
• House wine and alcoholic national drinks
• Daily live entertainment during dinner hours
• Mini fridge, safe deposit box and amenities included in the room
• Free Wi-Fi
• Free use of swimming pool and lounge chairs
• Free use of resort gym
• Free shuttle to Mambo Beach Boulevard, Downtown (Punda) and Vreugdenhil Supermarket
• Free entrance and beach chair at Madero Ocean Club (formerly Mambo Beach
• US$ 1,000.- on resort credits ( when staying a minimum of 3 nights)

No Shows / Cancellations
Cancellations made 24-hours prior to arrival will be charged a 1 night penalt

For all No Shows, Operator will be charged 3 nights penalty

Cancellations for Christmas / New Year and Carnival must be reported 21 days prior to arrival otherwise we will charge the Operator a 3 night penalty. No shows will be charged for the entire length of stay

In the event of early departures Resort will not refund any unused nights
