BOOKING CONDITIONS

All rates are in US$ Dollars

All rates are excluding 22.9% Service Charge and Tax (Government taxes are subject to change without notice)

Check in is at 4:00 PM. Check out is at 12:00 PM (midday)


ALL ROOM RATES INCLUDE:

For “Room Only” Reservations

  • Bed and bath linen
  • Daily housekeeping service
  • Clean linen twice a week
  • Clean towels daily
  • Free Wi-Fi throughout the property
  • Water, gas and electricity
  • Extra bed / rollaway bed at US$ 35 per night, excluding taxes, upon request and subject to availability
  • Free use of baby crib for infants up to 24 months, upon request
  • Free use of resort gym
  • Free use of swimming pool and lounge chairs
  • Free scheduled shuttle to Mambo Beach Boulevard, Downtown Punda and Vreugdenhil Supermarket


Airport Transfers Rates
Airport-Hotel-Airport transfers are available as an optional service. The rate is US$ 40 per person one way, including children, taxes included. Transfer service is provided upon request and must be booked 48 hours in advance.

All reservations are to be requested through the ACOYA Curaçao, Resort, Villas & Spa's own Reservations Office at: Kaya Leydi 35, Willemstad, Curaçao

All group reservations should be forwarded to the same Reservations Office. Group policies, including rates, deposits and cancellations, may vary from contracted policies. Groups consist of 20 or more full-paying adults traveling in the same group at the same time.


The resort offers Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Apartments, Villas and Villas with Private Plunge Pool. All special requests must be made through the Reservations Office.


Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To provide all guests with a fair and transparent booking experience, the refund, cancellation and no-show policy is outlined as follows.


Standard Bookings

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours prior to check-in at 4:00 PM local time.

 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

 

Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged one night’s stay. In the event of an early departure, unused nights are non-refundable.

 

For bookings of 4 nights or more, the cancellation charge will be equivalent to 50% of the total stay.


Peak Periods & Special Events

This applies to Christmas, New Year’s and Easter.

 

Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days prior to check-in.

 

Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the full stay amount.


Non-Refundable Bookings

No changes, cancellations or refunds are permitted.

 

Full payment will be retained in the event of cancellation or no-show.


Security Deposits and Refunds

Security deposit holds placed on your card during check-in will be released by the hotel upon check-out. However, the time required for the funds to become available is determined by your financial institution.

 

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take approximately 7 to 14 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

 

Reservations made through third-party travel agencies or booking platforms are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective provider.
